Presenta fori di montaggio su entrambi i lati per una facile installazione in vari scenari. Al centro \u00e8 presente un foro passante per l'introduzione della corrente primaria. Il pannello \u00e8 dotato di un'interfaccia a terminali a crimpare 4 PIN, una spia luminosa di funzionamento, una resistenza di regolazione dello zero e una resistenza di regolazione proporzionale dell'uscita. Queste due resistenze generalmente non richiedono lavorazioni.<\/p><h3>Definizioni dei terminali sul trasduttore.<\/h3><p>Dall'alto in basso<\/p><ul><li>\"+\" \u00e8 collegato all'alimentazione +15V.<\/li><li>\"-\" \u00e8 collegato all'alimentazione -15V.<\/li><li>USCITA: terminale di uscita del segnale<\/li><li>GND: massa di potenza (0V), che \u00e8 anche il terminale di uscita del segnale comune.<\/li><\/ul><p>Durante il cablaggio, controllare attentamente le marcature dei terminali sul trasduttore per garantire un cablaggio corretto. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 fondamentale per garantire il corretto funzionamento del trasduttore. Questa \u00e8 una spina a terminali crimpati a 4 piedini pre-connessa secondo le definizioni dei terminali. Il cavo corrisponde alla linea di alimentazione +15 V, alla linea di alimentazione -15 V, alla linea di terra, al terminale di uscita secondaria da OUT e al terminale di uscita comune da G.<\/p><p>Quindi lo inseriamo nella presa a terminale crimpato a 4 pin del trasduttore, completando il cablaggio sul lato del pannello del trasduttore.<\/p><p>L'altra estremit\u00e0 del cavo si collega ai terminali \"+\", \"-\" e \"terra\" dell'alimentatore. Si noti che il trasduttore di corrente residua RIT 01M emette un segnale di tensione; pertanto, le uscite secondarie positive e negative devono essere collegate rispettivamente alle uscite di tensione positive e negative di un multimetro a 6\u00bd cifre. Ci\u00f2 completa tutti i passaggi del cablaggio. Accendere il trasduttore di corrente in condizioni di vuoto. Un risultato normale dell'accensione dovrebbe mostrare una spia indicatrice verde fissa. I trasduttori Hangzhi supportano la misurazione della corrente CA e CC. Questo test utilizza la CC come esempio.<\/p><p><strong>Durante la misurazione, la direzione della corrente deve essere coerente con la direzione della freccia sulla parte superiore del trasduttore.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ora utilizziamo una sorgente standard per generare una corrente misurata di 100mA.
