Nous utiliserons le transducteur de courant Hangzhi HIT 500 comme exemple pour d\u00e9montrer son fonctionnement de c\u00e2blage sur sa borne Phoenix \u00e0 4 broches.<\/p><p>Voici tout l'\u00e9quipement que nous allons utiliser.<\/p><ol><li>Hangzhi a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et fabriqu\u00e9 une source d'alimentation standard CC programmable qui est utilis\u00e9e pour que la sortie soit mesur\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Un multim\u00e8tre 6\u00bd digits utilis\u00e9 pour lire le courant de sortie du transducteur.<\/li><li>Une alimentation fournissant \u00b115V au transducteur.<\/li><li>Capteur de courant haute pr\u00e9cision HIT 500.<\/li><\/ol><p>Examinons d'abord bri\u00e8vement la structure externe du capteur de courant HIT 500. Des trous de montage sont con\u00e7us \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re et au bas du capteur pour le fixer. Un orifice traversant pour le bus de courant mesur\u00e9 est situ\u00e9 au centre. Il s'agit d'un c\u00e2ble \u00e0 connecteur Phoenix \u00e0 4 broches que nous avons pr\u00e9-connect\u00e9 selon les d\u00e9finitions des broches, y compris la ligne d'alimentation +15V, la ligne d'alimentation -15V et la ligne de terre. Connectez l'autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble \u00e0 l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><ul><li>Conseil 4 : Rappel important : Borne commune de sortie de signal G-pin.<\/li><\/ul><p>Notre transducteur lui-m\u00eame n'a pas de fonction d'affichage direct, donc la sortie de courant secondaire (+) et la sortie de courant (-) sont connect\u00e9es au dispositif d'acquisition de donn\u00e9es correspondant. Ici, nous utilisons un multim\u00e8tre 6\u00bd digits pour lire les donn\u00e9es de courant. Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que tout est correct, nous mettons sous tension le transducteur \u00e0 vide. Le transducteur Hangzhi peut mesurer \u00e0 la fois le courant alternatif (AC) et continu (DC) ; nous prenons ici le DC comme exemple. Lors du test en DC, le sens positif du courant doit correspondre au sens indiqu\u00e9 par la fl\u00e8che sur le dessus du transducteur. Nous d\u00e9livrons un courant continu de 50A \u00e0 mesurer \u00e0 l'aide d'une source \u00e9talon, et vous pouvez voir le courant de sortie secondaire correspondant affich\u00e9 sur le multim\u00e8tre 6\u00bd digits. En ajustant davantage la source \u00e9talon de 10%, vous pouvez constater que la valeur affich\u00e9e sur le multim\u00e8tre 6\u00bd digits change de mani\u00e8re significative en synchronisation avec le courant mesur\u00e9.<\/p><p>En plus de mesurer directement le courant comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessus, pour s'adapter aux syst\u00e8mes qui ne peuvent acqu\u00e9rir que des signaux de tension, une r\u00e9sistance de mesure peut \u00eatre connect\u00e9e en s\u00e9rie sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire du transducteur. Le courant peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 en mesurant la tension aux bornes de la r\u00e9sistance. La valeur de la r\u00e9sistance doit \u00eatre strictement configur\u00e9e selon la fiche technique. La fiche technique indique que le HIT500 peut \u00eatre configur\u00e9 avec des r\u00e9sistances de 0-5\u03a9. Nous allons maintenant utiliser une r\u00e9sistance de 5\u03a9 pour le test.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir connect\u00e9 la r\u00e9sistance, basculez le multim\u00e8tre 6\u00bd digits en mode tension.
