La surface du panneau du transducteur est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e avec les d\u00e9finitions fonctionnelles des broches du terminal DB9. Pour ce transducteur, seules les broches 4, 5 et 9 sont utilis\u00e9es : Terre (alimentation 0V), N\u00e9gatif d'alimentation (V-) et Positif d'alimentation (V+), ce qui signifie qu'elles sont uniquement destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Regardons le bornier Phoenix \u00e0 6 broches. De gauche \u00e0 droite, les broches 1 \u00e0 6 sont \u00e9tiquet\u00e9es sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 du transducteur.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Broche 1: Sortie +5V (fournit une alimentation externe de 5V) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Broche 2 : RS232_TX (\u00c9mission RS232 de cet appareil) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Broche 3 : RS232_RX (R\u00e9ception RS232 de cet appareil) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Broche 4 : GND (masse d'isolation du signal) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Broche 5 : RS485_B (RS485B) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Broche 6 : RS485_A (RS485A)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le transducteur prend en charge deux modes de communication : RS232 et RS485. Pendant la mesure, ins\u00e9rez d'abord le c\u00e2ble d'alimentation, c\u00e2bl\u00e9 selon les d\u00e9finitions des bornes, dans la prise DB9 sur le panneau du transducteur. Serrez les vis des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour terminer le c\u00e2blage d'alimentation. Ensuite, ins\u00e9rez le c\u00e2ble c\u00e2bl\u00e9 selon les d\u00e9finitions des broches de la borne Phoenix dans la prise de la borne Phoenix du bo\u00eetier de conversion du transducteur. Connectez l'autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 au c\u00e2ble de communication (en utilisant RS232 comme exemple). Lors de la mise sous tension normale, le voyant de fonctionnement vert du transducteur doit rester allum\u00e9, et le voyant de fonctionnement vert du bo\u00eetier de conversion doit \u00e9galement rester allum\u00e9. Si les voyants ne s'allument pas, v\u00e9rifiez d'abord si le c\u00e2blage d'alimentation est correctement connect\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ouvrez le logiciel de d\u00e9monstration correspondant sur l'ordinateur, s\u00e9lectionnez le num\u00e9ro de port s\u00e9rie appropri\u00e9, allumez le transducteur et cliquez sur \u00ab Actualiser les donn\u00e9es \u00bb. Le voyant de fonctionnement jaune du bo\u00eetier de conversion doit clignoter. Si le voyant ne clignote pas, v\u00e9rifiez d'abord si le c\u00e2blage de communication est correctement connect\u00e9 ou si le pilote RS232 de l'ordinateur est install\u00e9. Une fois que vous avez confirm\u00e9 que le transducteur peut \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 normalement, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 l'utiliser pour la mesure du courant.<\/p>\n<p>Les transducteurs Hangzhi peuvent mesurer \u00e0 la fois les courants alternatifs et continus. Ici, nous utilisons le courant continu comme exemple. Lors du test en courant continu, la direction du courant positif doit \u00eatre align\u00e9e avec l'indicateur de fl\u00e8che sur le dessus du transducteur.
