Le panneau est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une interface \u00e0 bornes serties 4 broches, d\u2019un t\u00e9moin lumineux de fonctionnement, d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance de r\u00e9glage du z\u00e9ro et d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance de r\u00e9glage proportionnel de la sortie. Ces deux r\u00e9sistances ne n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aucun traitement.<\/p><h3>D\u00e9finitions des bornes sur le transducteur.<\/h3><p>De haut en bas<\/p><ul><li>\"+\" est connect\u00e9 \u00e0 l'alimentation de +15V.<\/li><li>\"-\" est connect\u00e9 \u00e0 l'alimentation -15V.<\/li><li>SORTIE: borne de sortie du signal<\/li><li>GND: masse de puissance (0V), qui est \u00e9galement la borne de sortie de signal commune.<\/li><\/ul><p>Lors du c\u00e2blage, v\u00e9rifiez attentivement les marquages des bornes sur le transducteur pour assurer un c\u00e2blage correct. Cela est fondamental pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du transducteur. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une fiche \u00e0 bornes serties \u00e0 4 broches pr\u00e9-c\u00e2bl\u00e9e selon les d\u00e9finitions des bornes. Le c\u00e2ble correspond \u00e0 la ligne d\u2019alimentation +15 V, la ligne d\u2019alimentation -15 V, la ligne de masse, la borne de sortie secondaire de OUT et la borne de sortie commune de G.<\/p><p>Ensuite, nous l'ins\u00e9rons dans la prise \u00e0 borne sertie \u00e0 4 broches du transducteur, ce qui termine le c\u00e2blage du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du panneau du transducteur.<\/p><p>L'autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble se connecte aux bornes \"+\", \"-\" et \"terre\" de l'alimentation. Notez que le transducteur de courant r\u00e9siduel RIT 01M d\u00e9livre un signal de tension ; par cons\u00e9quent, les sorties secondaires positive et n\u00e9gative doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9es respectivement aux sorties de tension positive et n\u00e9gative d'un multim\u00e8tre 6\u00bd digits. Ceci termine toutes les \u00e9tapes de c\u00e2blage. Mettez sous tension le transducteur de courant \u00e0 vide. Un r\u00e9sultat normal de mise sous tension doit afficher un voyant vert fixe. Les transducteurs Hangzhi prennent en charge la mesure du courant CA et CC. Ce test utilise le CC comme exemple.<\/p><p><strong>Pendant la mesure, le sens du courant doit correspondre au sens de la fl\u00e8che sur le dessus du transducteur.<\/strong><\/p><p>Maintenant, nous utilisons une source standard pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un courant mesur\u00e9 de 100mA. Nous pouvons voir que l'afficheur 6\u00bd chiffres a lu la tension de sortie secondaire du transducteur.
