Das isch es 4-poligs Phoenix-Steckverbinderkabel, wo mir gem\u00e4ss de Pin-Definitione vorverbunde h\u00e4nd, inklusiv de +15V-Stromleitig, de -15V-Stromleitig und de Erdigsleitig. Es enthalt au de sekund\u00e4rsiitige Stromusgang + vom Usgangsinterface \"M\". De sekund\u00e4rsiitig Usgangsgmeinsam wird vo \"G\" usegf\u00fcehrt. Zum Verw\u00e4nde stecked eifach de 4-polig Phoenix-Steckverbinder i d Buchse, zum d Verdrahtig vom Messumformer-Panel abzschliesse. Verbinded s ander End vom Kabel mit de Stromversorgig.<\/p><ul><li>Tipp 4: Wichtiger Hinweis: Gemeinsamer Anschluss f\u00fcr G-pin-Signalausgang.<\/li><\/ul><p>Unser Messumformer selbst hat keine direkte Anzeigefunktion, daher werden der Sekund\u00e4rstromausgang (+) und der Stromausgang (-) an das entsprechende Datenerfassungsger\u00e4t angeschlossen. Hier verwenden wir ein 6\u00bd-stelliges Multimeter, um die Stromdaten zu erfassen. Nachdem wir \u00fcberpr\u00fcft haben, dass alles korrekt ist, schalten wir den Messumformer im unbelasteten Zustand ein. Der Hangzhi-Wandler kann sowohl Wechsel- als auch Gleichstrom messen; hier verwenden wir Gleichstrom als Beispiel. Beim Testen von Gleichstrom muss die positive Richtung des Stroms mit der Richtung \u00fcbereinstimmen, die durch den Pfeil auf der Oberseite des Wandlers angegeben wird. Wir geben einen Gleichstrom von 50 A aus, der mit einer Normquelle gemessen werden soll, und Sie k\u00f6nnen den entsprechenden Sekund\u00e4rseiten-Ausgangsstrom sehen, der auf dem 6\u00bd-stelligen Multimeter angezeigt wird. Wenn Sie die Normquelle um weitere 10% einstellen, k\u00f6nnen Sie sehen, dass sich der 6\u00bd-stellige Anzeigewert deutlich synchron mit dem gemessenen Strom \u00e4ndert.<\/p><p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur direkten Strommessung, wie oben beschrieben, kann zur Anpassung an Systeme, die nur Spannungssignale erfassen k\u00f6nnen, ein Messwiderstand auf der Sekund\u00e4rseite des Messumformers in Reihe geschaltet werden. Der Strom kann durch Messung der Spannung \u00fcber dem Widerstand berechnet werden. Der Widerstandswert muss streng nach Datenblatt konfiguriert werden. Das Datenblatt gibt an, dass der HIT500 mit Widerst\u00e4nden von 0-5\u03a9 konfiguriert werden kann. Jetzt werden wir einen 5\u03a9-Widerstand f\u00fcr den Test verwenden.<\/p><p>Nach em Aaschliesse vom Widerstand schalte s 6\u00bd-stellig Multimeter uf Spannigsmessmodus. Mir g\u00e4be en Messstrom vo 50 A \u00fcber e Normalquelle us und ch\u00f6nne die entspr\u00e4chendi sekund\u00e4ri Usgangsspannig uf em 6\u00bd-stellige Multimeter abl\u00e4se.<\/p><ul><li>Tipp 6: Stellen Sie bei der Verkabelung sicher, dass der Messwiderstand fest mit dem Ausgangsport des Messumformers verbunden ist.<\/li><li>Tipp 7: Vermeiden Sie Produktfehlfunktionen aufgrund eines offenen Stromkreises am Ausgangsanschluss.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc5ca5a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bc5ca5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Damit ist der gesamte Verdrahtungsprozess f\u00fcr den HIT 500 Stromwandler abgeschlossen.
